Photos Looking Through the Pass

Autumn Greens from our Rooftop Garden -Enjoy them while you can. Any day now the first frost will hit Brooklyn and this salad will be discontinued until Spring brings a fresh new crop.

Today the Anticuchos were made from a Berkshire Pig's Heart, Liver and Kidneys. We get in the entire pig and we use every single part.

Heritage Turkey braised in a smoky / spicy / chocolaty Mole Poblano with a Black Bean Sope

It's Family Meal time! A huge salad of apples, pears, quince, sorrel, almonds and queso fresco.
