First Post

This is a new blog for Jacques Gautier, chef of Palo Santo bar de vino y comedor, located at 652 Union Street in Brooklyn.  The chef will be uploading pictures, recipes, thoughts on food and wine, and info on special events.  Take a look at our blog and leave us a comment.

  4. I rarely get excited about blogs, but since you made me cry when I visited your restaurant (seriously…. in the best possible way, the food was THAT Good!)
    I will make it a point to check it often. I am going to try like heck to get to your March event with Patrick from Heritage foods. Thanks for such a memorable meal.
