We pour a tipple to warm our guests

The first course was an oyster rolled up in bacon and beer batter fried with remoulade and hot pickled okra

Garrett Oliver busted out a stashed case of Brooklyn Sorachi Ace

The menu would not have fit the evening’s theme without crawfish etouffee
