Valentine’s Menu 2011

Amuse Bouche:

Heirloom Radish / Fuji Apple


Raw Oyster



Fennel Puree

meyer lemon / olive oil


Mid Course:

Chayote Flautas

mustard cream / potato / pea shoots


Rabbit Fricassee

roasted shallots / foie gras / sweet potato dumplings


Seared Yellow Fin Tuna

winter vegetable salad / chimichurri


Main Course Choice of:

Tamal de Hongos

corn masa / roasted mushrooms / rajas con crema


Pan Roasted Sturgeon

lobster / pumpkin rice / asparagus / riesling pan gravy


Slow Cooked Short Ribs

gigante beans / sherry vinegar / mustard greens


Dessert Tasting:

chocolate mousse / quince cake / ginger ice cream

***We will be offering this menu for three nights: Saturday 2/12, Sunday 2/13 and on Valentine’s Day Monday, February 14th. The price per couple is $160 for the five course menu and optional wine pairings will also be available.
