Blue Cheese Salad

…Hi Jacques, I saw your cooking demonstration at Green Getaways as you prepared a blue cheese salad with apples… It tasted amazing, and it looked like something I could put together. Can you post that recipee to your blog? Best, Matt

Thanks for writing in! I sure can post that recipe, and it’s good timing too because it’s almost Apple Season.

Picking Apples Upstate

Blue Cheese Salad

1 Large Apple (Cored and Sliced)

2 oz Blue Cheese (Crumbled)

2 oz Toasted Walnuts

4 oz Greens

½ Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar

Pinch Salt

Fresh Ground Pepper

Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and serve.
