Wine Club Dinner at Wolffer






A couple of weeks ago some Palo Santo staff members took a road tip out to the East End to cook a special wine dinner at Wolffer Estate. Scroll down to the bottom to see the menu and wine pairings, but first here are some pictures from our trip!


We made a stop at this farm stand on the way out for some green peanuts and watermelon.

Townline BBQ really hit the spot!


Professional curiosity forced us to try one of everything.


No trip out to the Hamptons would be complete without a little sand, sun and a quick dip in the water.









And then we got to work cooking…






Look at the size of that Chardonnay Bottle, but more importantly look at the year! 1998!
